How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to North America takes 10-18 business days. Express shipping is available for 5-8 business day delivery. All orders come with a tracking number.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 USD. Orders below $49 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
What materials are used?
Our jewelry is crafted with a variety of premium materials including Austrian-quality crystals, freshwater pearls, premium alloy metals, 925 sterling silver, and hypoallergenic stainless steel. Each product listing specifies the materials used.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Where do your products come from?
All our jewelry is sourced directly from artisan workshops in Yiwu, China — the world's largest jewelry manufacturing hub. We personally vet each supplier for quality and craftsmanship.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our carrier's website (China Post, 4PX, or DHL eCommerce depending on your shipping method).
